Fixed and optimised alot of stuff, reg users are working ok. Got rid of the c-style "malloc()" and "free()" with "new" and "delete" seems to fix a mem leak.

Now compatable with all 32bit windows (NT,2000,XP,2003) and POSIX OSes (Linux/BSD/UNIX-like OSes). Now has a CID generator so the clients won't mess up if connecting to several DCNet-X hubs. Remade SELECT() for better proformance. Added otional ADC 0.9 draft escape characters (look in GlobalDefines.h) and fixed PM crashes.

This version has minimal settings support inside the Settings.txt file. If this file is not located next to the compiled binary it will fail to load. This version also has NT service support, install using –i and to uninstall use –u.

*nix compatibility is almost there. Just a few more bugs to sort out.

This version was only an initial release and isn't recommended for commercial use. All the settings for this version you have to compile, and then recompile when you want to change them.
